Error on a subscription for an User
Hi, today an our costumer said to us that he paid the annual subscription (10€) but he cant see nothing. We made some research on the muvi platform and same on Stripe but it seems he really paid the subscrition and the payment go well but into the Muvi platform he is only a Free Registrations. What can you do? what went wrong? i attached the screen of the user and also his payment with paypal . He did the payment the 21/22 January 2024. Only with him we saw this problem
