Footer links moving around on page

Hi, 
I added some links on the footer – About Us (title text) and two links (Pacific Digital Library and Pacific Kids’ Learning). 
They seem to jump around on the page alot. Can you please anchor them in the footer like the other two columns. Photo attached to demonstrate the problem.
