How can I start building a TikTok-style social media app from scratch?

Hi all, I want to create a social media shorts video app similar to TikTok/Insta reels, but I have zero experience in web design, app development, or coding. I do have a computer and plenty of free time, and I’m determined to make this happen—especially after being ghosted on a project. My goal is to build something even better, even if it takes years. So any recommendations on software or where to start would be appreciated….
