Hello,
Kelly was previously active under three subscrpitions. I canceled two of them and her account was then canceled on the Muvi back end.
While this issue is being adjusted, I’ve made her account a “Free User” but please note her account is in good standing and in her ten day trial period.
Please confirm you’re able to adjust her account to subscribed again.
