Long loading times

We are launching tomorrow but are noticing very long loading times when clicking into the category pages. From NZ, when I clicked on ‘Tongan’ category page it took 45 seconds to load. Is it likely that adding geoblocking and free content to our site has impacted the loading time? These loading times are going to impact user experience on the site. Are there any other solutions we can implement to make the category pages load faster?
