No one to explain

1. No one explain to me why the platform did some charges to my card without my approval. Please let me know why the platform was withdrawing money without any information. 
2. No one explain to me  what happening with the viewers of any Live stream that we did. please let me know if the viewers of each match count as unique. As I see 670 viewers and the ticket for someone to enter to see it is 3 euros, but I have not seen the corresponding money in my account.
