Quiz not adding to course

Hello, Ive been trying to add a quiz to our ‘Learn to code’ course. This allows me to create a quiz, add the question and answers, add a passing grade, but when I press save, nothing happens. Im also umable to add a pre-made quiz to the course, please can you help?Kind regardsChloe
