Security issue

Hello,
There is an important problem with the security. We have videos in Training category list that are not inclued in the monetizacion plan, however the current user can watch that video. That means that the system do not select the correct list that the monetizacion plan has selected.
I had that problem previously and this is an inportant error because they pay for all!!!
Think about we are having very serius problems with the web site functionalities.
I am thinking to change the platform because we have lot of user pending to create a user, but those fails are serious.
Let me know what is the problem.
