Trying to figure out how long it is going to take for the pay pal to start working

Trying to figure out when the PayPal button is going to be working. It’s been quite a few days I’ve sent all the information that I possibly can send. Is there something else that I can do on my side and we are trying to figure out why the platform is locked we spoke. You guys said that you would take care of the option so that the payments will be delayed for two months until you get the platform completely finished and I am seeing that the platform is locked me out I’m trying to understand what is going on
