UI: Header Overlap and Unnecessary Email Display on Contact-Us Page

On the https://vaipormim.tv/contact-us page, we’re encountering two issues:

The header is overlapping with the text content on both mobile and desktop views, obscuring the page information.
The email address rodrigo.sales@localiza.com is being displayed on the form, which is unnecessary for this page. Is this email appearing because Rodrigo is the admin master?
