Unlimited uploads? Muvi TV

Hi guys, I am looking for a way to build a channel outside of Roku (I have a few there). I want to try Muvi TV. It says unlimited uploads. But I uploaded 5 programs and can’t do anymore? Is this it? It is a huge jump from $9 a month to $399 a month. I just want to put 20-30 programs up and test the water. Please help and thansk
