What are the recommended bit rates for Multi-bitrate live streaming?

I am looking to do live streaming of an event. I have OBS installed, I want to know what are the bit-rates settings i should use on OBS that allows the end viewer to view the live stream based on their internet speed – like we see for normal videos. Any suggestions will be welcome.
